Product Security
As a core part of this mission, our Product Security Team takes ownership of the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC), ensuring that Personio's applications and services are best-in-class when it comes to security.
Our Product Security Engineers are dedicated to safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customers' data by embedding security into every aspect of our software development processes. Our commitment is to build and maintain a robust and secure environment for our users, earning their trust and enabling them to focus on their core HR responsibilities.
Cloud Security
Our Cloud Security team helps keep our cloud environments in top form, so customers can trust that our infrastructure is built securely from the ground up, with controls in place to safe-guard against threats of all shapes and sizes.
Cloud Security Engineers use their mix of infrastructure and security skills, partnering with the SREs and Tech Platform teams in a hands-on fashion, to ensure that Personio infrastructure is designed and built securely.

Security Operations
On the Security Operations (SecOps) Team, our mission is to enable Personio to detect and manage security threats to its customers and business.
Our Security Analysts and Security Engineers work hand-in-hand to identify potential vulnerabilities, data breaches, and signs of compromise in our environment. Once uncovered, we work tirelessly with our colleagues from across Personio to understand and remediate such threats.
Governance, Risk and Compliance
The mission of Personio's GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Team is to take ownership of the GRC function at Personio, ensuring that our applications and services are best-in-class in terms of security program management, compliance controls frameworks, and following the regulatory needs of our customers.
We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of governance, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, while also providing a seamless experience for potential customers looking to adopt Personio as their People Operating System.
