The Sales Development team builds up a pipeline of valuable leads by creating awareness of common problems that HR teams face, educating and supporting potential clients through the first phase of consideration.

Account Executives

Account Executives act as experts and guides for potential customers who are interested in Personio, providing invaluable answers and insight on topics from product details and implementation to contracts and data security.

Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations

The Strategy & Operations team is the driving force behind our go-to-market efforts, designing the strategy, developing cross-functional initiatives, managing pricing and packaging, and crafting our systems and processes.

Go-To-Market Partnerships

The GTM Partnerships team manages a growing ecosystem of partners, ranging from HR and IT consultants to tax advisors, VCs, and other SaaS providers.

The Interview Process

Here's what to expect when interviewing for an open role at Personio. You'll kick off with an HR phone screen before meeting your future hiring manager, teammates, peers, and leadership!

1. HR Phone Screen

Get first-hand insights into the role and company during this short phone interview with your HR contact.

2. Team Lead Interview

Meet your future manager and talk about your work history, skills, and more about the role and team.

3. Functional Interview

Prepare a functional case beforehand to showcase your skills and discuss with the hiring manager in this in-person or virtual interview. In some cases, this interview is combined with the Team Lead interview.

4. Peer Chat

Meet your future teammates, get a feel for team dynamics, and ask all of your questions about the role, team, or company in this in-person or virtual conversation.

5. Culture Interview

Dive deep into Personio’s culture with a future peer outside of your team, learning about our values and what it’s really like to work at Personio in this in-person or virtual interview.

6. Department Interview

Meet a member of department leadership to talk company and department strategy in this in-person or virtual final interview.
