This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Berlin, Dublin or Munich.

Executive summary

The Operations Analyst within the Central Operations team in CX Operations is responsible for

providing strategic and operational support to all functional areas within our Customer Experience (CX) department, including Support, Professional Services, and Payroll Operations.

As an Operations Analyst, you will partner with CX Business Partners, CX leadership, and the CX Business Lead to provide data-driven insights, manage strategic projects, and run and drive improvements to critical business operations. You will be a subject matter expert for your area of specialization (data) and partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Role objectives

The key objectives of the Operations Analyst role are the following:

  • Implement and manage intake processes for cross-functional departments

  • Identify and document requirements for data products

  • Implement data products in collaboration with partner teams

  • Identify and provide process enhancements and improvements

  • Develop, approve, and scale the creation of technical, data, and business requirements for large-scale initiatives and ad hoc CX needs

  • Partner with business leaders to set realistic targets, build and maintain accurate forecasts, and establish accountability frameworks

  • Scale data access and literacy across CX

  • Serve as cross-functional stakeholder manager for CX (with Data, Systems, PTECH, COO Office)

  • Collaborate with CX Business Lead on regular business rhythms and one-off investigations/deep-dives

Candidate profile

  • [Must have] University degree or relevant work experience

  • [Must have] Fluent in written and spoken English, and ideally German or one other European language

  • [Must have] Must be at ease operating in a small, dynamic, fast growing team, able to be self-sufficient with a can-do attitude and ability to hold oneself accountable

  • [Must have] Passion and proven experience around continuous improvement of processes, efficiency, value, and quality

  • [Must have] Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • [Must have] Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • [Must have] Critical thinking, conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills

  • [Must have] Advanced data analysis skills (SQL + BI tools) and ability to synthesize insights into stakeholder-friendly narratives; AI prompting experience is a plus.

  • [Great to have] Proven experience in business planning, forecasting, and target setting (e.g., FP&A, BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Revenue Ops, or Performance Management roles)

  • [Great to have] Strong financial and metric fluency: ability to translate strategy into measurable KPIs/OKRs and define clear metric definitions, drivers, and guardrails.

Position expectations

  • Consume and translate data from BI tools / CRM - Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

  • Deliver metric forecasts, financial/cost models, ROI analysis, capacity management, etc.

  • Create insight-driven presentations with simple visualizations that drive decision making

  • Work cross-functionally with numerous departments and other operations teams - Sales, marketing, systems, data, program management to execute key initiatives

  • Regularly present to senior stakeholders and distill complex topics into simple narratives that drive decisions

  • Create business cases using data to help prioritize business investments

  • Set up and execute project plans to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliverables for critical department projects

  • Contribute to CX-wide initiatives - presenting updates, running subgroups, highlighting risks/success

  • Deliver ad-hoc, recurring analysis/performance reporting

  • Lead target setting, planning and forecasting exercises across CX teams

Measures of success

  • Contribution to operational efficiency metrics - revenue per employee, active productivity/efficiency gains, time saved from new process/automation, etc

  • On-time delivery of key projects

  • Stakeholder satisfaction metrics

  • Cost savings from process improvements: Measures the financial & time impact of implemented improvements

  • Data self-serve efficiency across business teams
