We're looking for a motivated, talented, and innovative Talent Coordinator (d/f/m) to deliver first-class coordination support for our talent acquisition teams. In this role, you must be able to work independently, take hands-on approaches, pay high attention to detail, and interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders on all levels. With that, we lay the foundation to hire the best talent for Personio!

Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

  • You deliver a seamless interview and hiring process for on- and offsite candidates, orchestrating all parties involved

  • You manage complex interview cases while ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the whole interview lifecycle

  • You provide an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience by improving our hiring SLAs, using data such as candidate feedback, time to hire, interview capacities, and other core success metrics

  • You are the hiring process gatekeeper by balancing business requirements and candidate experience

  • You strive for innovation to automate repetitive tasks - from interview scheduling tools to candidate communication materials

  • You help to maintain our talent acquisition infrastructure: assets & settings within ATS, CRM, or other applicable talent acquisition-wide enabling tools

  • You support, develop and maintain internal talent acquisition interview training initiatives & others, focusing on enabling a best-in-class interview process

Role Requirements: What You’ll Need

  • You bring a deep level of understanding and experience in talent coordination or in a role with related responsibilities, ideally in a fast-paced environment

  • You have experience with in-house Applicant Tracking Systems

  • You have experience in high-volume scheduling for multiple roles

  • You have a superb ‘customer first’ approach that is reflected in the way you communicate with our candidates and business stakeholders

  • You are able to prioritise tasks efficiently, have outstanding problem-solving skills, can quickly identify problems as well as provide quick solutions

  • You naturally seek to improve processes and initiatives for the future

  • You have excellent organisational skills and are able to prioritise your workload, juggling multiple stakeholders at one time

  • You are business-fluent in English

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you’ll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
