We're looking for a creative and decisive Head of Content to lead our global content marketing function during a critical growth phase. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you'll craft and drive a comprehensive content transformation strategy that elevates quality, accelerates velocity, and drives measurable demand across all markets. You'll lead and develop a talented team of content marketers, creators, and thought leadership writers, setting the creative bar and coaching them to ship exceptional work at pace. This is a unique opportunity to define the voice and content standards of a fast-scaling SaaS brand, drive bold creative execution across regions, languages, and channels, and build a modern content function that sets the benchmark in B2B SaaS.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead a global content strategy that drives demand generation, brand awareness, and customer education across multiple regions

  • Team Leadership: Manage, scale, and elevate a multidisciplinary content team, setting clear creative standards and coaching them to achieve ambitious goals

  • Creative Direction & Quality Standards: Define and enforce "what good looks like" - pushing the team to ship high-quality, innovative content at velocity across all channels

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with growth, product marketing, regional marketing, and campaigns teams to ensure content aligns with strategic priorities and pipeline targets

  • Modern Channel Mastery: Drive thought leadership, social-first content, video marketing, and long-form assets that support sales and marketing teams globally

  • Performance & Accountability: Establish clear KPIs, use analytics to inform decisions, and provide proactive reporting and visibility to leadership

  • Scalable Operations: Build AI-enabled content workflows, editorial standards, and governance processes that enable speed without sacrificing quality

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Experience & Background: You have 7+ years in content marketing or editorial leadership roles, with at least 3+ years managing teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally across multiple markets. German language capability is a strong advantage.

  • Creative Judgment & Taste: You can immediately identify great vs. mediocre content and define "what good looks like" with specificity. You set clear creative standards and coach your team to elevate their craft through actionable, creative feedback.

  • Execution Bias & Decisiveness: You ship quality work at velocity, make fast decisions with incomplete information, and thrive in ambiguity. You balance process with output, focusing on outcomes over inputs, and know when to act rather than analyze.

  • Strategic Vision: You bring a clear point of view and can articulate a comprehensive transformation strategy in just a few words. You know what to build, why it matters, and what to stop doing to maintain ruthless prioritization.

  • Modern Channel Mastery: You have deep expertise in social-first content, video marketing, thought leadership, and AI-enabled workflows. You understand how modern B2B brands win and can credibly guide your team on craft across all channels.

  • Master Communicator: You communicate with crystal clarity and precision, simplifying complexity without buzzwords. You command the room, inspire senior stakeholders and individual contributors alike, and provide proactive visibility to leadership.

  • Ownership & Accountability: You define clear ownership upfront, enforce governance, and take accountability as the DRI. You have conviction in your assessments, give direct feedback, and push your team beyond their comfort zones to achieve ambitious goals.
