This time we asked Andreas (Account Executive) from our Sales Team to share his tips on the home office period, how he stays motivated (and motivates his colleagues 💛).
What do you do as an Account Executive?
As Account Executives our main goal is to convert the leads coming from either the Sales Development or Inbound Sales team into customers. No matter if it’s a contract or product topic, implementation info or data security news, the Account Executives are a real partner to their leads in the sales process.
What is the best thing about home office for you?
The growing anticipation of being back in the office… hopefully soonish 🚀
What are your top three tips to stay motivated at home?
1. Be a sunflower 🌻
I am switching location and reorganize my table according to the amount of sunlight hitting my face, therefore I am like a sunflower always following the sun. Get your Vitamin D straight from the source!
2. Find balance between being on- and offline 🌲
I call people on the phone and go for a walk. Nature is one hell of a great way to recharge your batteries.
3. Work on a project with defined milestones as you need something to look forward to ✍️
This can be work related or private. I chose to do an online course which keeps me motivated.
What is your daily home office routine?
6.00 – 8.00 am: Yoga / Stretching and Wim Hof Breathing before coffee
8.00 – 8.15 am: Coffee and Gratitude Journaling
8.15 – 8.45 am: Sending out motivation to my colleagues
8.45 – 12.00 pm: Business as usual
12.00 – 1.00 pm: Lunch and a short walk
After work around 5 / 6 pm: Usually calling friends and spending time outside.
