Personio Welcomes Cloudflare CFO Thomas Seifert to its Board of Directors

Munich – December 8, 2025 – Personio, the leading European HR platform provider for small and medium-sized businesses, today announced that Thomas Seifert has joined its board of directors. Seifert is a veteran public-company CFO with deep expertise in finance, operations, and governance within the SaaS and technology sectors. He will chair the board’s audit committee as the company continues its mission to empower HR teams across Europe, while targeting profitability in 2026.

Thomas Seifert currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cloudflare, Inc. (NYSE: NET), where he has led the company through its 2019 IPO and subsequent growth. Prior to joining Cloudflare, Seifert held executive-level financial leadership positions at Symantec and AMD, guiding these organizations through periods of restructuring and rapid transformation. He has a strong track record as a non-executive director, serving on the boards of a range of technology-focused companies.
