How you'll make an impact at Personio
If you're passionate about helping mission-driven organizations modernize their HR processes, a career at Personio could be your next big step. You’ll leverage your understanding of the unique challenges faced by the public sector and non-profit organizations to drive the growth of a transformative product in an HR technology industry set to soar-offering a lifeline to institutions still stuck in Excel chaos, paperwork, and manual processes.

By conducting thorough account and sector research, you will craft and deliver tailored messaging that resonates with key stakeholders-such as HR leaders, administrators, and executive directors-across government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. Your sector expertise will help you open doors, identify opportunities, and initiate high-impact HR transformation projects that set the foundation for long-term partnerships and positive social impact.

Proactively prospect into strategic public sector and non-profit accounts via cold call, email, and social selling strategies to achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities and pipeline value
Handle typical outbound sales objections unique to the public and non-profit sectors, removing obstacles and ensuring opportunities progress
Qualify potential value drivers and solution fit by engaging with key decision makers to discover organizational pains and goals
Generate sales pipeline and develop opportunities for a team of Account Executives
Conduct thorough account and sector research to maintain and organize an annual book of business
Be a subject matter expert on HR technology and best practices for the public and non-profit sectors
Develop and execute creative multi-threading strategies for targeting different decision-makers and influencers within prospect organizations
