This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Munich.

Partner Management at Personio is more than just building out our partner network - it is an integral part of our growth strategy! The Partnerships team develops our partner network across Europe, expanding its reach and depth to generate business for Personio, complementing our product offering with partner services, and strengthening our brand through long-term relationships.

As a (Referral) Partner Manager for DACH you are responsible for building and actively managing your portfolio of consulting partners and, together with them, identifying new potential customers for Personio.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Partner relationships: Build trusted relationships with your partners.

  • Onboarding & enablement: Lead the onboarding process and develop your partners into Personio experts.

  • Strategy meetings: Plan and conduct regular strategy meetings to ensure the success of handed-over leads and joint customer projects with your partners.

  • Customer acquisition initiatives: Develop and implement measures to win new potential customers together with your partners.

  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with your consulting partners and ensure the commercial success of the partnership (on-site, remote).

  • Program expansion & initiatives: Independently lead projects and continuously support the expansion of the partner program, identifying new partner activation initiatives.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with the DACH Marketing and Sales teams.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Professional experience: You have 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably in partnerships/ sales or working with customers and/or consulting companies.

  • Target group knowledge: Ideally, you already know our target group through relevant consulting experience or close collaboration with IT or HR consultants.

  • Co-selling partnerships: A plus: you have experience with co-selling partnerships.

  • Working style & prioritization: You stand out through a proactive and independent way of working, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.

  • Partner engagement approach: You are able to build trust and excitement with partners through your positive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.

  • Relationship-building & strategy: You enjoy building trusting relationships with partners and jointly developing strategies to win new customers.

  • Technology & stakeholder communication: You are excited about software technology and feel comfortable communicating directly with decision-makers and training experienced consultants.

  • Presentation & analytical skills: You have strong presentation skills and a strategic mindset combined with analytical abilities.

  • Language proficiency: Business-proficient in German and fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you’ll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
