This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Dublin.
Working in HR within an organization that builds market-leading HR technology solutions offers a unique opportunity. As valued partners at Personio and thought leaders in the HR industry, our People, Workplace and IT team not only powers the growth of our company but also directly influences the future of the industry.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Internal Communications Manager (d/f/m) to redefine how we inform, engage, and connect our teams. In this role, you will have the autonomy to design and evolve our internal communications approach, ensuring every employee receives the right information, at the right time, in the right way. You’ll combine hands-on execution with a strategic mindset, using creativity, data, and new technologies to foster clarity, alignment, and a strong sense of belonging across the company. If you thrive on ownership, innovation, and measurable results, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Define, implement, and improve our internal communications approach, including channel selection, messaging frameworks, and content planning, to ensure clarity, alignment, and engagement across the company.
Design, maintain and enforce clear guidelines for internal content distribution, ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
Own, design, and continuously innovate our All Team meetings, making decisions on agenda, format, content, and delivery to ensure these meetings are engaging, effective, and aligned with our culture.
Create and deliver company-wide communications and critical updates, ensuring messages are clear, concise, and aligned with our values.
Experiment with new tools and formats, including AI and analytics platforms, to improve communication effectiveness and reach.
Measure the impact of internal communications using both analytics and qualitative feedback, and use these insights to drive continuous improvement.
About You
Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field, ideally in complex or fast-paced organizations.
Excellent writer and storyteller with an eye for detail and ability to simplify complex information and connect with diverse audiences.
Comfortable with autonomy, experimentation, and driving change—able to move quickly and deliver results with limited direction.
Strong project manager, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and building relationships across teams and working with senior leaders.
Passionate about culture, inclusion, and creating engaging employee experiences.
Tech-savvy, using common internal communication tools (e.g. Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace) and analytics to inform and improve communication.
