The Senior Revenue Operations Manager plays a vital role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing processes across the GTM organization. Main focus are our Existing Business teams. You'll create robust data models, generate actionable insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize pipeline and revenue generation. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management, you'll support strategic planning and forecasting to drive growth and empower teams to make informed decisions.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Data Infrastructure & Modeling: You collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure availability of relevant data sources and proactively plan the construction of complex data models that accurately represent GTM data.
KPI Definition & Performance Monitoring: You define KPIs that align with strategic objectives, monitor them on an ongoing basis, and proactively communicate performance insights to enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
Insights Generation: You drive valuable insights by leveraging advanced analytics techniques such as segmentation and predictive modeling, and communicate findings through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
Strategic Recommendations: You provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
Business Planning & Forecasting: You lead the development of comprehensive GTM business plans using modeling techniques and act as a subject matter expert to support senior management in forecasting and strategic decision-making.
Data Governance & Stakeholder Engagement: You ensure data accuracy and consistency by identifying stakeholder needs, shaping data tracking efforts, and bridging the gap between non-technical expectations and technical data processes.
Data-Driven Culture: You foster a data-driven culture across the organization by advocating for data-informed strategies, sharing best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to leverage analytics for business outcomes.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
Experience & Background: You have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or Strategy & Operations roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment, with a proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making.
Technical Expertise: You demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL and BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to extract, analyze, and present data that delivers actionable insights.
Advanced Analytics: You employ segmentation, predictive modeling, and other advanced analytics techniques to drive strategic decisions and develop comprehensive revenue plans using modeling frameworks.
Strategic Business Acumen: You translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic change across the organization.
Stakeholder Management: You manage stakeholders at multiple levels, from individual contributors to senior management, ensuring alignment and fostering data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Communication Skills: You communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively through reports, presentations, and visualizations, with fluency in English (German is a plus).
Problem-Solving & Ownership: You proactively identify opportunities and challenges in ambiguous situations, take ownership of end-to-end delivery, and bridge the gap between technical data processes and business needs.

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you’ll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
