As a working student in Customer Success Management (m/f/d), you will support in unlocking the full value of Personio for our customers by building strong relationships and acting as a trusted partner on their journey toward digitized, efficient HR. Working closely with our Customer Success Managers and leadership team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in delivering an outstanding product experience and service quality. You’ll also get to know our operational business and collaborate with various departments and customers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Operations: Prepare and follow up on internal and external meetings with key stakeholders, ensuring projects and customer touchpoints run smoothly.
Power Decisions with Data: Use analytics and reporting tools to deliver insights that help the CSM team work smarter and more efficiently.
Champion Efficiency: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks or streamline key workflows, working with the CSM team to implement improvements.
Create Value: Develop and localize project and training materials in multiple languages, ensuring our key accounts have the resources they need to thrive.
Document & Improve: Maintain and enhance our internal knowledge base, ensuring information is clear, current, and actionable.
What you need to succeed:
You’re enrolled in an advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or comparable).
You’ll remain a full-time student for the duration of the working student position.
You’re fluent in German and English.
Ideally, you have first experiences in HR, SaaS, the startup environment or consulting.
You have experience in creating analysis in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
You have a knack for learning new tools and a genuine interest in HR tech.
You have a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and enjoy tackling complex tasks.
You’re quality-driven and proactive; flagging issues early and striving for excellence.
