As Regional Marketing Manager for Benelux, you'll take full ownership of the marketing strategy and execution in your region, acting as the Chief Marketing Officer for Benelux. You'll adapt and implement our overarching marketing strategy to meet the unique demands, audiences, and market characteristics of the region, with pipeline as your north-star metric. You'll collaborate across departments, blending owned, earned, and paid channels to execute integrated marketing strategies focused on demand creation, capture, and conversion.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute a cohesive, localized marketing strategy that aligns with global objectives and regional needs, taking full ownership of your regional channels with a focus on velocity and quality of execution.

  • Pipeline Management: Own the regional marketing generated pipeline plan and oversee the full funnel journey from awareness to conversion, ensuring alignment with sales goals and revenue targets.

  • Channel Integration: Lead the integration of owned, earned, and paid channels to optimize funnel performance, acting as the point of contact for online and offline communities. Partner with specific channel owners to maximise results.

  • Market Expertise: Serve as an expert in Benelux market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, tailoring global campaigns to regional nuances.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build productive relationships with sales, marketing partners, and external vendors, co-creating campaigns and ensuring seamless funnel transitions.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor pipeline and leading indicator metrics to rapidly measure campaign effectiveness, gathering market insights to enhance execution speed and quality.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Experience & Language: You have 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing roles and are fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills to build effective pathways across multiple stakeholders.

  • Market Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of regional markets, audiences, and cultural nuances in the Benelux region, with the ability to tailor strategies to local contexts.

  • Strategic Thinking: You see the bigger picture and align execution with long-term goals, creating cohesive, goal-driven multi-channel strategies rather than focusing on individual channels.

  • Analytical Acumen: You're data-driven in your decision-making, with a strong focus on optimizing strategies and measuring impact through pipeline and leading indicator metrics.

  • Collaborative Leadership: You effectively bring together cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives, leading regional sales alignment and driving results with marketing and sales stakeholders.

  • Ownership & Decision-Making: You take full ownership of regional marketing initiatives, acting as a strategic decision-maker who ensures results align with global objectives. Own regional campaigns from brand awareness to ABM.

  • Execution Excellence: You roll up your sleeves to execute with both velocity and quality, raising the bar on what excellence looks like and ensuring goal-oriented marketing activities drive pipeline creation and growth.

  • Insight-Driven: You continuously gather and share valuable market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and optimize plan performance.

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you’ll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
