Personio's intelligent HR platform helps small and medium-sized organizations unlock the power of people by making complicated, time-consuming tasks simple and efficient. Our team of 1,500 Personios is building user-friendly products that delight our 15,000+ customers and their 1.5 million employees. Ready to make an impact from day one?

This role requires 3 days in the office and is based in Munich.

Personio is entering a transformative phase in which partnerships are expected to drive a significant share of our net-new business by 2027. To achieve this, we are looking for a Partner Enablement Manager focused initially on our Solution Partners, and later on our Tax Advisor Partners.

You will be the architect of our Partners’ success, transforming external consultants/Tax advisors into "Personio Experts." You will bridge the gap between our internal product innovation and our external partner ecosystem, ensuring they have the tools, sales skills and technical mastery needed to deliver world-class HR transformation for our customers.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Competency Definition & Certification: Define the "Gold Standard" for what a successful Personio partner looks like. You will build a tiered competency framework that maps out the specific skills (lead generation, value proposition and positioning) required at each partner level and design, implement and track the formal Certification program to validate these skills.

  • Collaborative Training: Act as the bridge between our internal Product/Product Marketing teams and our external partners. You will curate, adapt, and deliver high-impact training, ensuring partners stay ahead of our rapid product release cycle and are motivated and skilled to generate leads for us.

  • Content Strategy & Asset Creation: Own the end-to-end creation and maintenance of the partner resource toolkit. You will identify critical knowledge gaps and develop/curate high-impact assets - such as playbooks, guides, and frameworks - that empower partners to co-own the customer lifecycle with minimal internal support.

  • Enablement Environment Setup: Architect a structured enablement environment for partner communication, certification (incl. credentialing), resource sharing and tracking metrics. You will be responsible for defining the "home" and accompanying processes ensuring Partners have seamless access to the latest updates and tools.

  • Performance & Data Analysis: Track the impact of enablement on partner leads, win rates and deal cycles. Use data to identify knowledge gaps within specific partner accounts and iterate on the enablement requirements to ensure they drive real-world revenue.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • SaaS Sales & Enablement DNA: You have 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales or Sales Enablement. You understand the "mechanics of a deal" and can coach partners on how to move a prospect from curiosity to closing.

  • Certification Architect: You have experience building and managing certification programs either in GTM teams or with partners. You understand and are comfortable using enablement measurement frameworks.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestrator: You are a natural collaborator who can work with Product, Marketing, and Enablers to translate internal knowledge into external partner value.

  • Infrastructure Builder Mindset: You are comfortable working in an environment without predefined channels; you see this as an opportunity to build the infrastructure and processes from the ground up.

  • Executive Communication & Expert Facilitation: You are a precise, high-impact communicator in both English and German. You possess the professional presence to lead complex sessions for external Partners.

  • Data-Driven Strategy & Impact: You go beyond activity-based training to focus on measurable business outcomes. You leverage data to track partner ramp time, and the direct correlation between enablement and key revenue drivers like partner-sourced MRR and win rates.
