We're looking for a passionate, hungry and motivated Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to join our product & engineering talent team. In this role, you will support Personio’s growth by identifying and engaging with great talent with a strong focus on our product and engineering roles. Role Responsibilities: What you’ll do
You search, engage, nurture and hire the best tech talent for our open roles as the first point of contact, managing up to 15+ reqs at any given time.
In partnership with TA sourcers, you develop and execute role profile specific sourcing/hiring strategies with a data driven & goal oriented mindset
You advise senior stakeholders across various hiring teams by developing, driving and maintaining strategic hiring enablement initiatives
You drive close collaboration within talent acquisition and hiring teams to understand role profile priorities
You drive coaching initiatives for other TA members to foster a learning culture
You utilize our CRM to build and develop talent pipelines and pools across the organization, as a basis to engage, nurture and reactivate them once they are needed
You gather and share global talent market insights for roles within assigned departments
You act as a subject-matter expert by providing support to cross-functional relevant projects, initiatives, or programs
What You Need to Succeed
You have 8+ years of recruitment experience in a technical talent role, ideally at a product focused company
You are a confident and influential communicator, able to attract and win over passive candidates and excite them about Personio
You have a very structured way of working, being able to prioritize a variety of complex tasks and to complete them diligently
You are a natural networker, collaborate efficiently with the talent acquisition and hiring team's, and you build a trustful relationship with your candidate network, by using your talent to attract and engage them
You are proficient in working with data, able to derive conclusions and actions based on your analysis
You are fluent in English

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you’ll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
