This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Berlin.
We're looking for an Integrated Campaigns Manager to own the full lifecycle of our campaigns — from building the foundation that makes them credible and differentiated, through to planning and delivering integrated programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. You'll be the voice of the campaign narrative across the business, working alongside a team of highly motivated and unnaturally friendly marketers in our Regional Marketing & Campaigns team. Expect a high degree of ownership, close collaboration with Product Marketing, Content, Brand & Comms and our regional teams — and plenty of room to grow.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Own and evolve the campaign narrative: define new campaign ideas and shape existing ones into a coherent annual narrative arc, partnering with Product Marketing and conducting the research that makes each angle compelling and differentiated.
Shape creative storytelling and production: guide how narratives come to life across formats and channels, oversee top-of-funnel creatives and engagement content, and brief and manage external agencies.
Be the voice of the campaign: represent the campaign story in senior and cross-functional forums, building confidence and excitement around the direction across the team.
Own the end-to-end customer journey: optimise every Personio touchpoint so the experience is connected, consistent, and conversion-optimised, including SEO and LLM/GEO discoverability at topic and category level.
Drive execution and enablement: equip Sales, RevOps, Enablement, and regional teams with the tools, narratives, and confidence to carry the campaign story, and use AI tools to scale campaign production and operations.
Own performance, reporting, and planning: manage budget and capacity, translate data into actionable insights, run structured retrospectives, and present results clearly with stakeholders.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
You are fluent in German and English: able to craft and review campaign messaging in both.
3+ years of B2B marketing experience: ideally in SaaS or a forward-thinking technology firm, with a background in campaign management, integrated demand generation, or field/regional marketing.
AI-fluent in your daily workflow: you use AI tools day to day, ideally agentic assistants like Claude Cowork, to research narratives, draft and review copy, make sense of performance, and automate repetitive work. You're excited to push the frontier of how marketing gets done.
A strong storyteller and narrative-builder: you can turn market trends and product insight into campaign angles that land with target audiences.
Proven pipeline impact: you've planned and delivered integrated programs across the funnel (awareness → intent → conversion).
Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders: you can represent your position in cross-functional discussions and align teams around a clear direction.

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you’ll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
