Portfolio Management: You maintain a central view of all IT initiatives, tracking dependencies, progress, blockers, and outcomes to ensure alignment with department strategy and company goals.
Delivery Enablement: You drive consistent delivery practices across IT teams through planning cycles, retrospectives, and milestone check-ins, escalating blockers to keep initiatives on track.
Stakeholder Alignment: You act as the connector across IT, People, Security, Legal, Finance, and Workplace, ensuring programs are visible, well-communicated, and appropriately supported.
Strategic Initiatives: You help deliver Personio's most impactful Internal IT programs, including onboarding redesign, automation rollout, and organizational efficiency improvements.
Financial & Resource Tracking: You track budget and vendor spend for owned programs and monitor resource allocation across initiatives in collaboration with team leads.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
Proven Experience: You have 6+ years in technical program or project management, ideally in IT infrastructure, internal systems, or enterprise SaaS environments.

Internal IT Expertise: You have deep understanding of how internal IT teams operate, including support, infrastructure, workplace, security, and engineering functions.
Structured Delivery Practices: You maintain strong project discipline through clear documentation, structured communication, proactive risk management, and well-defined ownership.
Stakeholder Management: You work effectively across technical and non-technical teams, building trust and alignment at multiple organizational levels.
Data-Driven Decision Making: You use relevant data and insights to create accurate forecasts, track progress, and make informed prioritization decisions.
Tool Proficiency: You're comfortable working with collaboration and project management tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms to drive transparency and execution.
