This role is a hybrid role based in our London (preferred) or Dublin office.

The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

Partner Management at Personio is more than building out our partner network, it is an integral part of our growth strategy! The Revenue & Success Partnerships team develops our partner network across Europe in reach and depth to generate business for Personio, complement our product offering with partner services and strengthen our brand through long-term relationships.

You will be responsible for building and developing a portfolio of Consulting, Implementation, Tech & Strategic Partners to accelerate Personio’s growth in the UK&I. This is a quota-carrying position with direct responsibility for partner-driven pipeline and new business MRR.

You will work closely with the rest of the partnerships team, and also with the sales and marketing teams in the UK&I market.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Build and manage a balanced portfolio of Consulting, Implementation, Technology, and Strategic Partners to maximize Personio’s reach and product-market fit in UKI

  • Spearhead the build up of an engaged and high-performing partnership community in the UK&I region

  • Work strategically in identifying commercial opportunities within your partner portfolio (& beyond) by developing joined business plans for strategic partnerships and segmenting your portfolio accordingly

  • Collaborate with partners to co-create compelling solutions that address client needs and drive acquisition of our HR SaaS platform

  • Develop and implement joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners, including co-marketing initiatives, sales training, and enablement programs

  • Plan and run (co-hosted) partner events and activities and manage partner marketing communications with support from Personio marketing, within budgetary guidelines and deadlines

  • Evaluate performance of partnership activities and adapt them accordingly

  • Collaborate closely with the UK&I Country Manager and team

  • Act as the key interface between partners and internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing), ensuring partner initiatives are integrated with go-to-market priorities.

Important KPIs in this role include:

  • Partner-driven pipeline

  • MRR

  • Customer acquisition

  • Quality/activation of your partner portfolio

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Ability to shape and execute against Personio’s partner strategy for UKI, identifying high-impact opportunities to close product gaps and deliver a truly localised approach.

  • You are ambitious, commercially-minded and able to make trade offs on time and investments to leverage projects and partnerships for maximum impact to Personio

  • You bring an entrepreneurial, strategic mindset and the willingness to think from first principles to develop business cases for ‘first-of-their-kind’ partnership opportunities

  • You communicate clearly, manage to win trust with business partners and are able to generate excitement in others

  • You have 5+ years combined work experience in Partner management, Sales (Account Executive/ Sales Development Representative), Channel Sales management, as a Digitization Consultant or Strategy Consultant (with Go-to-market experience)

  • You have worked in Partnerships within the “Tech Industry” before and have experience in designing and executing partner sales motions

  • You bring experience in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B software partnerships

  • Personal experience in working in or with consulting businesses definitely is a plus

  • You ideally already understand the HR tech landscape and have worked in this industry previously

  • You are fluent in English

  • You are willing to travel regularly within UK&I
