2B SaaS isn't usually the stuff of viral legend, but at Personio, we're rewriting the rules. As our Social Media Content Creator, you'll be the storyteller driving brand awareness and demand generation for Personio. You'll translate HR insights into content that stops the scroll, positioning us as the brand people screenshot, debate, and seek out.
You live and breathe social media, knowing the platforms, creators, and trends better than anyone. You're the person who can't help but dissect why a post went viral, who spots patterns in engagement before they become trends. You light up at the prospect of interviewing customers, colleagues, and industry experts because you know that's where the gold is: the human stories, the unexpected insights, the moments that make people lean in and pay attention.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Content creation & amplification: You craft the content people can't help but share: short form video that educates, memes that land, LinkedIn posts that spark debate, carousels that inform, stories that resonate. You write and design with a voice that's clever, relatable, and unmistakably Personio, constantly experimenting with formats. Then you strategically repurpose and adapt each piece across channels, ensuring every insight works harder and reaches further.
Brand building & demand generation: You position Personio as the HR brand people actively choose to follow, discuss, and partner with. Your content doesn't just get views; it drives awareness, builds consideration, and feeds the pipeline with audiences primed to convert.
Employee advocacy & enablement: You champion colleagues across the business to become brand evangelists, empowering them with the tools, content, and confidence to amplify Personio's voice on LinkedIn. You understand that the best brand building happens when the entire company shows up authentically online.
Collaboration & community building: You partner with customers, employees, and industry voices to co-create content that HR professionals screenshot and share. You respond to comments and direct messages with warmth and authenticity, sparking conversations that embody Personio's values and go beyond surface-level engagement.
Strategic planning & optimization: You own your content calendar, ensuring a consistent, engaging presence whilst staying agile and fresh. You obsess over the data, understanding what resonates and why, then use those insights to refine your approach and demonstrate clear links between creative work and business outcomes.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
Experience & Language: You have 1-3 years of experience making brands pop on social media (Linkedin, Instagram are a must). Fluency in English required (experience in B2B, SaaS, or HR is a plus; Dutch or German fluency is also a plus).
Visual & Video Content Creation: You're skilled in creating thumb-stopping visual and video content using tools like Canva, Figma, Descript, CapCut, or your own secret weapon.
Copywriting Excellence: You write copy that makes people double-take and double-tap, crafting messages that are clever, relatable, and drive engagement.
Analytical Mindset: You love turning insights into 'aha!' moments, using data to measure performance and linking content back to tangible business goals.
Repurposing Champion: You're skilled at turning one great idea into a week's worth of content, maximizing value across multiple formats and channels.
Trend-Spotting & Experimentation: You're always first to spot a trend, dissect hooks and algorithm developments, and experiment with new formats that make sense for the brand and audience.

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you’ll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
