No. Only currently active employees influence the price and the size category necessary for your Personio plan.
Are there any monthly costs on top of the monthly fee?
No, there are no other monthly costs on top of the basic fee. When you initially set-up your account, there will be a one-time fee dependent on your company size. Provided you utilize portals where a fee is charged when making job announcements, you can pay these directly through Personio and thereby profit from our special conditions.
