Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day support
Assist with day-to-day RevOps activities, including process documentation and maintaining and optimising our CRM and other GTM systems.
Monitor and manage the RevOps support ticket queue: prioritize, assigned, and resolved in a timely manner. Communicate status updates and escalate issues when necessary.
Assisting with strategic projects and implementation of operational process improvements
Territory & Account Management
Help maintain and update sales territory definitions and account assignments in Salesforce.
Assist with regular account allocation exercises, working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure fair and effective distribution.
Analyze territory/account coverage and flag potential gaps or overlaps.
Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards.
Support ad-hoc data requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Data Cleanup & Quality
Conduct regular data quality checks across key systems
Assist in data cleanup projects, including deduplication, enrichment, and validation.
Document and help enforce data quality standards and processes.
What you need to succeed:
You are currently studying in an advanced Bachelor's or alternatively Master's degree
You are enrolled as a full-time student for the entire duration of the working student position
You ideally have first experiences in the areas of human resources, SaaS and/or in the startup industry
You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of working, with which you also solve complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner and accept new challenges
You have an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to new challenges
You have high quality standards for your own work and communicate problems at an early stage
