Your Responsibilities:

  • You will provide HR operational support to our German Team.

  • You will assist with the approval process for employee leave requests ensuring that employees have submitted certificates for leaves and they are in line with our policies.

  • You will also assist with global administration of benefits, and employee requests throughout our ticketing system while striving for employee satisfaction and “wellbeing”.

  • You will be responsible for your own HR Support ticket queue (Jira) and deliver an excellent employee experience in the process.

  • You will be supporting with reporting and assist with the maintenance of the global employee data within our Personio HRM system, while also contributing to the implementation of automation and AI-driven processes.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or a related field

  • Strong interest in HR operations, employee experience, and administrative processes

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, with a passion for supporting others

  • Comfortable working with digital tools and systems (experience with HR software, Jira, or ticketing systems is a plus)

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

  • Based in Munich, with the ability to work from our office as required

  • Available for 40 hours/week for six months

  • Joining Date: 15th September 2025
