This role requires 3 days in the office and is based in Munich or Berlin.

As a Working Student in Revenue Enablement Onboarding, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless GTM onboarding experience for new hires across GoToMarket roles. You will coordinate the onboarding schedule, and support the development of engaging enablement content, ensuring that materials are relevant and impactful.
What You'll Do
Content Development & Maintenance: Create and maintain engaging enablement resources for GTM onboarding across various topics (for example the Personio product) using tools like Sana, Atlassian, Gemini, NotebookLM, many more; and leverage tools like Gong to measure the effectiveness of our program
Onboarding Coordination: Schedule and coordinate the GTM onboarding program, leveraging automations/workflows and collaborating with cross-functional points of contact
Innovation & AI Exploration: Explore new tools and leverage AI to continuously improve onboarding processes, actively challenging the status quo by asking "how can I do this more efficiently and effectively?"
Feedback & Data Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from new hires, hiring managers, and stakeholders to identify trends and improvement opportunities, supporting onboarding reporting with a data-diligent approach.
What you need to succeed
Enrollment & Availability: You are currently enrolled as a student at a university in Germany and available to work 20 hours per week, with fluency in both English and German.
Attention to Detail & Quality: You ensure accuracy in scheduling, reporting, and content creation, maintaining high standards in all tasks and documentation.
Tech Savvy & Innovation: You are proactive in exploring new tools and AI solutions, bringing fresh ideas and actively seeking ways to work more efficiently and effectively.
Data-Driven & Analytical: You identify trends and opportunities for improvement, using data to measure impact and inform decisions.
Communication & Collaboration: You communicate clearly and effectively, balancing independent work with teamwork to achieve shared goals.
Adaptability & Organization: You manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, maintaining focus and organization while adapting to changing needs and ambiguity.

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with certain days every week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer.

Salary:
Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
