We’re looking for a forward-thinking, hands-on Enterprise Architect to shape the future of our Business Systems landscape, ensuring our technology stack scales with our ambitions and unlocks new possibilities through AI.
You’ll be the strategic and technical leader for our Lead-to-Cash and Marketing Tech architecture, setting the direction, solving complex problems, and turning big ideas into scalable, high-impact solutions.
What You’ll Do
Set the architectural vision for Personio’s marketing, sales, and service systems including Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Hubspot, and beyond.
Design for scale and flexibility by developing robust, future-proof architectures, prototypes, and roadmaps that support evolving business needs.
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from customisation of Salesforce to integrating new AI tools that boost field productivity.
Get hands-on when it matters, from solution design to prototyping, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
Be the guardian of technical excellence by conducting architectural reviews, creating reference frameworks, and mentoring developers.
Shape transformational programmes by collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Service, and IT to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies, especially in AI and automation, and bringing them into our ecosystem.
What You Need to Succeed
Deep architecture expertise with 10+ years in IT and a focus on SaaS products and Enterprise Architecture, including large, customised Salesforce environments.
Salesforce mastery with 7+ years designing solutions and multiple certifications such as Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Community Cloud.
MarTech experience with hands-on exposure to tools like Hubspot or Marketo, plus integration platforms such as Workato.
Full-stack Salesforce development skills including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, web services, and event-driven architectures.
Business domain knowledge of marketing, sales, and service operations, and how to optimise them through technology.
Proven leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders, guide technical teams, and align diverse priorities.
Blueprint thinking with experience creating roadmaps, reference diagrams, and scalable solution patterns.
