The GTM Engineering team sits within Revenue Operations and is the builder layer of Personio's AI-Powered GTM programme. We design and deploy automated workflows, AI agents and data enrichment systems that make our go-to-market teams faster, smarter and more effective.
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager / Analyst, GTM Engineering (RevOps) to join the team. This is a senior individual contributor role: you will own complex end-to-end workflows, lead key planning workstreams and become a go-to subject matter expert on GTM systems and automation at Personio.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Own and lead the design, build and optimisation of automated GTM workflows across Salesforce, Clay, Gong, LLMs and Workato, connecting enrichment, scoring and outbound into unified systems
Build AI-powered agents and assistants (e.g. LLM agents, Gong-powered research briefs) that augment rep productivity at scale
Build and iterate on Clay tables and workflows for automated lead enrichment, account research and personalised outreach
Own meetings end-to-end: set the agenda, lead discussions and drive decisions with GTM stakeholders
Identify process inefficiencies and drive innovative improvements through "out of the box" thinking
Become a company source of reference on a key topic or process within GTM Engineering
Effectively set project workplans, anticipate red flags and proactively guide peers
Coach and onboard new team members; provide constructive feedback to team and cross-functional partners
Communicate findings and recommendations across several stakeholders in high-impact written material (PPT, email, dashboards)
Document every system you build so partner teams can operate it long-term, and lead first-cycle enablement with reps
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
4+ years in a technical GTM, RevOps, Sales/Marketing Ops or GTM Engineering role in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end with minimal guidance
Deep hands-on expertise with at least three of: Salesforce, Clay, Gong, HubSpot, Outreach, Workato/Zapier/Make
Experience with AI/LLM tools, prompt engineering and agentic workflows; ability to evaluate and implement new tooling
Strong data fluency: able to build robust analyses, dashboards and reports in Sheets/Excel, Tableau or BI tools
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
Strong communication skills: you can adapt your style to technical and non-technical audiences in both written and verbal formats
Experience building agents (e.g. via AWS bedrock) a plus
Track record of applying 80/20 prioritisation to deliver maximum impact at scale

This role is office-based, with 3 days per week in your contracted office. The remaining days can be worked from home. You will also have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
