The Role Introduction: “The Role”
Our Customer Experience team thrives on collaboration, working closely with teams across Personio to ensure that customer voices are at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to understanding and advocating for our customers, using data-driven insights to shape our customer experience strategies and influence what we build.
At Personio, our CX Enablement team empowers our Customer Experience teams to deliver outstanding service and ensure customers get maximum value from our product. As a Senior CX Enablement Specialist (d/f/m), you'll own complex programmes end-to-end across onboarding, upskilling, and knowledge management, acting as a strategic partner who identifies gaps before they become problems and connects enablement work to CX performance outcomes. You'll play an integral role in evolving enablement at Personio, helping drive AI-powered innovation from idea to operational reality.
This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Dublin, Munich or Berlin.
Role Responsibilities: “What You’ll Do”
Onboarding & Curriculum Design: You own the design and delivery of onboarding for CX new hires across Support and Professional Services, driving a unified, consistent journey that proactively addresses capability gaps before they surface as performance issues.
Continuous Learning & Upskilling: You design and scale structured upskilling programmes that evolve with Personio's product, identifying function-level capability gaps and building measurable solutions that define what continuous learning looks like beyond onboarding.
Knowledge Management Strategy: You shape the KM strategy by identifying structural gaps and leading the work to address them, ensuring CX teams have the resources they need to deliver outstanding service at scale.
Stakeholder Partnership: You build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Support, Professional Services, CX Ops, and beyond, ensuring alignment on priorities and connecting enablement initiatives to business goals.
AI-Powered Innovation: You champion AI-powered enablement tools and drive innovation from idea to operational reality, identifying where technology can raise the bar and ensuring successful adoption.
Performance & Impact Measurement: You define what should be measured and connect enablement work to CX performance outcomes — including time-to-productivity, satisfaction scores, and business impact — presenting data-driven insights to leadership.
Team Development: You support the growth of less experienced team members through coaching, constructive feedback, and knowledge sharing.
Role Requirements: “What You Need to Succeed”
You have 5+ years in enablement, L&D, or a related field within a SaaS or B2B environment, with a proven track record of owning complex programmes end-to-end and delivering measurable impact.
You bring expert-level instructional design skills, building high-impact learning experiences for diverse audiences at scale that drive performance outcomes.
You're a confident facilitator, leading sessions of any size or format and adapting in the moment to ensure engagement and learning effectiveness.
You think strategically, connecting day-to-day enablement work to business goals and bringing a clear point of view on priorities and trade-offs.
You excel at senior stakeholder management, navigating competing priorities, building influence across functions, and aligning diverse teams around shared objectives.
You're data-fluent, defining measurement frameworks and using insights to drive decisions, demonstrate impact, and communicate results to leadership.
You are fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
