Are you passionate about Learning & Development and curious about how a Global Onboarding Program operates within a growing SaaS company?
Join our talent team and gain hands-on experience coordinating the Onboarding journey for Personios, both onsite in Munich and through contributions to improve the program further on global level. You will also contribute to impactful talent projects. This includes implementing new internal tools to enhance our hiring process. It's a challenging yet fun environment, ideal for those eager to learn, develop, and seize every opportunity for growth.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Onsite Onboarding Days: As the primary point of contact in our Munich office, you will be responsible for welcoming new joiners, ensuring they have a positive first day, and assisting with any issues that may arise.
Onboarding Program: You will support the scheduling and organization of onboarding and training activities across all Personio offices, guaranteeing a seamless experience for new hires throughout their onboarding journey. A key part of this role will be identifying opportunities to automate processes to increase efficiency.
Data & Analytics: Your role will involve assisting with the collection of survey and anecdotal feedback from new hires, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Talent Acquisition Projects: You will contribute to various talent projects and initiatives, including the implementation of new tools for the hiring community and the revamp of internal processes such as internal hiring. Further projects are to be confirmed.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
Interest in talent & people topics: Genuine passion for helping others learn, develop, and grow within a company.
Ownership and autonomy: Ability to independently manage responsibilities and proactively take charge of tasks.
Attention to detail: High level of diligence in coordinating onboarding activities, collecting feedback, and working on projects.
Flexibility: Can navigate between quick troubleshooting and dedicated, deep work on longer-term talent projects.
Communication and interpersonal skills: Comfortable welcoming new joiners, assisting them with any issues, and coordinating activities within a team.
Organization and process orientation: Capable of scheduling onboarding sessions, organizing training, and ensuring smooth new hire experiences.
Analytical mindset: Able to collect and assess data/feedback from various stakeholders for continuous program improvement.

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in Munich. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. Please note that the Onboarding days (twice per month) are also required to attend in person in the office.

Salary:
Interns: 40 hours per week; 2,231€ per month
