Process Improvement & Partnership: You partner across Finance and Legal to understand workflows and pain points, conceptualizing and building automated processes that fit existing technical setups while minimizing new infrastructure needs.
Technical Leadership: You provide hands-on expertise to design, build, test, and scale automation solutions, leading implementation when solutions are purchased and ensuring continuous improvement.
Enablement & Training: You create and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials that empower teams to maintain automated workflows, spot opportunities, and effectively use AI tools in daily operations.
Build vs. Buy Decision-Making: You lead assessments for automation and AI investments, emphasizing internal capabilities to maximize existing investments and avoid unnecessary spend.
Vendor & Cost Management: You manage vendor relationships for low-code/no-code platforms and AI services, including commercial negotiations, renewals, and licensing optimization to ensure cost-efficiency.
Cross-functional Translation: You act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, translating needs into automation requirements and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with company goals.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
You have a proven track record of 5+ years in process automation, procurement operations, or a related field with hands-on experience in AI, low-code/no-code solutions (n8n, Make, Workato)), and automation tools.

You have exceptional communication skills, simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences and creating clear technical documentation that drives adoption across teams.
You demonstrate system-level thinking, identifying leverage points for process improvement and using strong analytical ability to measure and report impact.
You manage stakeholders at multiple levels, collaborating and influencing across teams and seniority levels to drive alignment and achieve desired outcomes.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and ownership, managing your own agenda, prioritizing impact over output, and making autonomous decisions in a fast-paced environment.
You bring strong project management expertise using Agile or similar methodologies, with proven ability to conceptualize, implement, and scale automation solutions from start to finish.
