Personio's intelligent HR platform helps small and medium-sized organizations unlock the power of people by making complicated, time-consuming tasks simple and efficient. Our team of 1,500 Personios is building user-friendly products that delight our 15,000+ customers and their 1.5 million employees. Ready to make an impact from day one?

This role requires office attendance in Dublin / Munich / Berlin / Madrid

The GTM Engineering team sits within Revenue Operations and is the builder layer of Personio's AI-Powered GTM programme. We architect and deploy automated workflows, AI agents and data enrichment systems that make our go-to-market teams faster, smarter and more effective.

We are looking for a Senior GTM Engineer (RevOps) to join the team as a senior individual contributor, reporting to the GTM Engineering Lead. You will independently own complex workstreams end-to-end, set engineering standards for the team, and drive Personio's ambition to be a top-10% AI-Powered GTM organisation globally.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Own the technical architecture of Personio's GTM automation layer, designing scalable systems across Salesforce, Clay, Gong, LLMs, Workato and Snowflake

  • Independently scope, architect and deliver complex automation projects end-to-end: from requirements through build, testing, deployment and iteration

  • Lead the design and deployment of AI-powered agents and LLM workflows across the GTM organisation, including research agents, deal support systems and automated CRM hygiene

  • Build advanced signal-based outbound systems: multi-source intent signal ingestion, intelligent scoring, waterfall enrichment and automated sequence orchestration

  • Mentor and coach junior team members with technical guidance and work reviews

  • Partner directly with GTM leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and translate business problems into technical solutions

  • Drive rapid experimentation: design, run and analyse tests on outbound plays, enrichment strategies and agent configurations

  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and make build/buy/integrate recommendations to leadership

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales/Marketing Ops or a technical operations role in a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Equivalent software engineering experience with GTM domain exposure is equally valued

  • Expert builder: you architect and build end-to-end. You have a track record of GTM systems you have designed and shipped

  • Expert-level experience with Salesforce and at least two of: Clay, Gong, HubSpot, Outreach or equivalent platforms

  • Hands-on experience building AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in a GTM context

  • Strong data and analytics skills: you can pull data from a warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery), build complex analyses and create dashboards that drive decisions

  • Independent operator: you own workstreams end-to-end with minimal guidance, set your own project plans and manage stakeholder expectations

  • Translate GTM data and automation outputs into clear commercial recommendations for sales and marketing leaders

  • Front-line GTM experience (sales, partnerships or SDR) is a strong plus

  • Growth mindset: you stay current on the GTM Engineering and AI landscape and actively push yourself and your team to improve
