How will my first few weeks look?
You’ll start with our 4-week new joiner program, designed to give you everything you need for a strong start. You’ll get to know the HR tech market, develop key sales skills, learn our tools, and connect with your new team—all while building confidence for your new role.
What kind of training and support will I get?
Training at Personio is hands-on and interactive. You’ll gain a Sales Certification Program and learn through a mix of e-learnings, live sessions, workshops, and real-world practice. You’ll also have a buddy to answer questions and help you settle in, plus ongoing feedback and coaching to keep you growing.
What tools and technology will I use?
You’ll work with a best-in-class tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Groove, and more. These tools will help you optimize your outreach, manage relationships, and streamline your daily work.
What skills will I develop?
You’ll build a strong foundation in communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and consultative selling. You’ll also gain valuable insights into the SaaS industry—skills that will serve you throughout your career.
Do I need previous sales experience?
Previous sales experience is not required. Whether you’re new to sales or bringing experience from another field, our onboarding program is designed to help you succeed. We look for people who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
