Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for hiring the great teams that keep this company running! They handle all attraction, sourcing, and hiring across Personio.

Employer Branding & Experience

The Employer Branding & Experience team owns our employer brand; company culture; and, you guessed it, the overall people experience.

People & Organisational Development

The POD team equips all Personios with the tools and information they need to succeed, including onboarding, learning solutions, and leadership and organizational development.

People Operations

People Operations, affectionately known as POps, manages the full employee lifecycle, including supporting and paying our people. They are true Personio superusers!

Workplace & IT

Our Workplace & IT team handles the strategy and operations of our seven offices across Europe, IT setup and management, and property development.

People Partners, Workforce Planning, & People Analytics

The People Partner team develops and delivers functional people and workforce plans, enabling each of our teams and leaders to reach their goals.

Reward

The Reward & People Analytics team focuses on people data and our overall reward philosophy, including salary, stock, commissions, and benefits.

The Interview Process

Here's what to expect when interviewing for an open role at Personio. You'll kick off with an HR phone screen before meeting your future hiring manager, teammates, peers, and leadership!

1. HR Phone Screen

Get first-hand insights into the role and company during this short phone interview with your HR contact.

2. Team Lead Interview

Meet your future manager and talk about your work history, skills, and more about the role and team.

3. Functional Interview

Prepare a functional case beforehand to showcase your skills and discuss with the hiring manager in this in-person or virtual interview. In some cases, this interview is combined with the Team Lead interview.

4. Peer Chat

Meet your future teammates, get a feel for team dynamics, and ask all of your questions about the role, team, or company in this in-person or virtual conversation.

5. Culture Interview

Dive deep into Personio’s culture with a future peer outside of your team, learning about our values and what it’s really like to work at Personio in this in-person or virtual interview.

6. Department Interview

Meet a member of department leadership to talk company and department strategy in this in-person or virtual final interview.
