HR analytics has worked the same way for years: decide what you need, build the report, wait, then act. The Analytics Agent changes the starting point. You ask a question in plain language, and it builds the report for you.

Type what you want to know, the way you'd say it to a colleague. "Payroll cost by department, month on month, for H2." The agent assembles the report from your Personio data and brings it back ready to read.

A first answer usually leads to a sharper question. You can keep asking, narrowing by department, period, or metric, and build toward the answer instead of starting a new report each time.

Personio Assistant is now embedded on the page you're on, so you can open it, ask a follow-up, and close it without losing your place. Because it has the context of the screen, it surfaces relevant next questions about the data in front of you.

The agent only works with data the person is already allowed to see. Someone's existing permissions carry straight through, so a report never surfaces information they couldn't access themselves.
