How do I get access?
The AI Transformation Hub is in beta for Personio customers. We're onboarding in small groups from a waitlist so we can set each customer up properly and learn from how you use it. Join the waitlist and we'll be in touch as spots open.

It's included in your core plan during beta. We won't add a charge without telling you first.
What's actually included?
Three things, and each works on its own. AI Fluency shows how ready your people are. AI Role Impact shows which roles are changing. Adoption & Spend Insights show where AI is being used and what it costs. Most customers start with the one they're under the most pressure to answer, then add the others.
What does setup involve?
Less than you'd expect, because your people data is already in Personio. For adoption and spend insights, you add your providers' admin API keys and you're connected. The AI fluency survey, and impact modules work out of the box. You don’t even need to be on the Personio surveys product.
Which AI providers does AI Transformation Hub support?
Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini and Langdock today, with your admin API key. We're adding more based on what customers ask for, so tell us who you use when you join the waitlist.
Does Personio see my prompts or message content?
No. We connect to your provider's admin API, which only exposes cost and usage. We see how much you spent and which models you used. We never see the content of prompts, responses or conversations, and there's no way for us to.
