As a Working Student in our CX Field Operations team, you will support the customer allocation process for our Professional Services department.

Acting as a key interface between our Sales and Implementation team, you will ensure all customers are assigned to the right project manager to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience. Your responsibilities will include coordinating customer handovers, maintaining accurate allocation records, data analysis and assisting with the optimization of our operational processes.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field

  • Data-driven and diligent in handling information

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proactive, reliable, and a team player

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar) is a plus

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
