The Interview Process
Here's what to expect when interviewing for an open role at Personio. You'll kick off with an HR phone screen before meeting your future hiring manager, teammates, peers, and leadership!
1. HR Phone Screen
Get first-hand insights into the role and company during this short phone interview with your HR contact.
2. Team Lead Interview
Meet your future manager and talk about your work history, skills, and more about the role and team.
3. Functional Interview
Prepare a functional case beforehand to showcase your skills and discuss with the hiring manager in this in-person or virtual interview. In some cases, this interview is combined with the Team Lead interview.
4. Peer Chat
Meet your future teammates, get a feel for team dynamics, and ask all of your questions about the role, team, or company in this in-person or virtual conversation.
5. Culture Interview
Dive deep into Personio’s culture with a future peer outside of your team, learning about our values and what it’s really like to work at Personio in this in-person or virtual interview.
6. Department Interview
Meet a member of department leadership to talk company and department strategy in this in-person or virtual final interview.
