As a CX Enablement Lead, your core purpose is to develop and drive a cohesive enablement strategy that empowers our CX teams with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll lead key enablement initiatives, guide knowledge management practices, and act as a strategic partner across the business to scale learning and performance across the department. In this role, you’ll directly manage and support our Enablement and Knowledge Managers, helping them grow and succeed while ensuring alignment and impact across all initiatives.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Drive our CX Enablement Strategy: Define and evolve a scalable enablement vision tailored to the needs of our CX teams and aligned with company priorities.

  • Own Enablement Programmes: Design and lead key enablement initiatives, from onboarding to product knowledge to continuous learning, ensuring alignment and high adoption across the department.

  • Strengthen Knowledge Management: In collaboration with our Knowledge Manager, establish sustainable systems for creating, maintaining, and distributing knowledge effectively, while enabling the wider team to embed best practices across CX.

  • Lead and develop your team: Manage and coach our Enablement and Knowledge Managers, providing subject matter expertise, guidance, and development opportunities to help them succeed and grow in their roles.

  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with leaders and teams across CX, as well as other Enablement functions across the organisation to ensure enablement efforts are timely, accurate, and impactful.

  • Measure and Optimise Impact: Define KPIs and feedback loops to assess the success of CX enablement initiatives and continuously improve our approach.

  • Champion the CX Voice: Advocate for CX needs in internal processes, ensuring product, process, and tooling changes are effectively enabled.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You have 6+ years of experience in enablement or programme leadership, with a proven track record in driving impactful enablement or L&D initiatives, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.

  • You think strategically, translating business needs into clear enablement strategies and scalable, sustainable solutions.

  • You collaborate effectively across functions, working with a wide range of stakeholders and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

  • You have a strong knowledge management mindset, understanding how to build, maintain, and embed knowledge systems into day-to-day operations.

  • You manage programmes and projects with confidence, keeping multiple workstreams aligned and on track to deliver measurable outcomes.

  • You communicate clearly and with intention, adapting your message for different audiences and simplifying complexity.

  • You lead with empathy and clarity, coaching and supporting team members with a people-first mindset and a focus on development and growth.
