Partner Management at Personio is more than building out our partner network, it is an integral part of our growth strategy! The Revenue & Success Partnerships team develops our partner network across Europe in reach and depth to generate business for Personio, complement our product offering with partner services and strengthen our brand through long-term relationships.
As Partner Manager Benelux, you will focus on activating and enabling our existing partner ecosystem in Benelux to accelerate Personio’s growth. This is a quota-carrying position focusing on partner sales motions and creating sustainable “win-win” business opportunities for both, our partners & Personio. You will work closely with the broader partnerships team as well as the sales and marketing teams in the Benelux market.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Pipeline sourcing: Activate and enable a portfolio of Consulting, Implementation, and Technology Partners in Benelux to drive joint lead generation and partner-sourced pipeline.
Account mapping: Run regular account mapping sessions with partners to identify overlapping target accounts, strengthen mutual positioning, and surface new business opportunities together.
Partner enablement: Support partners in understanding Personio's product, value proposition, and sales motion through structured enablement programs, training sessions, and collateral.
Joint GTM execution: Develop and execute joint go-to-market activities with partners, including co-marketing initiatives, co-hosted events, and outbound prospecting campaigns.
Performance tracking: Maintain a structured view of partner activity and pipeline health, tracking progress and continuously adapting your approach based on what drives results.
Stakeholder collaboration: Act as the key day-to-day interface between partners and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Partner Management), ensuring smooth handoffs and aligned priorities.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
BDR & partnerships experience: You bring 2–3 years of experience in a partnerships role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
Execution mindset: You are hands-on, results-driven, and energised by building a pipeline. You take ownership, follow through, and don't wait for opportunities to come to you.
Account mapping & outreach: You are comfortable running structured account mapping exercises and co-owning outbound prospecting activities alongside partners.
Communication & trust-building: You communicate clearly and build trust quickly with external partners and internal stakeholders alike, generating enthusiasm for joint initiatives.
Collaborative working style: You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to align priorities and drive results.
Language skills: You are fluent in Dutch and English. You are based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam, and open to regular travel within the Benelux region.

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you’ll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
