As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you’ll partner with our Benelux sales team to win mid-market deals by combining strong technical acumen with commercial storytelling and market insight. You’ll also work closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Security, etc.) to shape our Benelux GTM approach, remove deal friction, and scale repeatable wins.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
You will be the primary point of contact for our sales team focused on working with our Mid-Market customers in Benelux.
You will actively support on account/opportunity strategy and commercial positioning, partnering with account executives on sales opportunities to determine and validate technical requirements and solution scope
You will have deep technical knowledge of Personio’s product suite and be the first line of defense and product expert for sales and prospects
You will drive Benelux market intelligence: product positioning, technical landscape and competitor differentiation
You will collaborate with regional leaders to help define and drive market & product strategy identifying market needs, integration demands and roadmap opportunities
You will support other regions/markets as required
Travel to customer site as needed (10-20% of time)
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
You have 5+ years of experience in pre-sales/solutions consulting or a similar profession
You have a strong technical background and understanding of SaaS, IT infrastructure, IT stack and security protocols
You have demonstrated ability to turn market signals into GTM recommendations and drive alignment with regional leadership
A broad understanding of the market for mid-sized customers in Benelux such as profile, buying behaviours and dynamics
You are customer-centric and commercially driven
You are also data-driven, think analytically and are able to rightsize your efforts based on customer/business needs
Up to date knowledge in security/compliance (e.g. ISO27k)
Clear and structured communication style that can suit changing dynamics
Native Dutch speaker and full-professional proficiency in English required

This role is office-based, with 3 days per week in your contracted office. The remaining days can be worked from home. You will also have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
