The Customer Marketing team is driven by a powerful vision: to help existing customers unlock Personio’s full potential by anticipating their needs and delivering tailored, data-driven experiences. Through engaging content and strategic cross-selling initiatives, we aim to guide our customers on their HR journey with Personio. 

As an integral member of our team, you will contribute directly to this vision by supporting a range of initiatives &  campaigns, from crafting compelling content that resonates with our customers' evolving needs to assisting with on-site events and webinars. Collaboration with various internal teams will be key to ensuring the seamless and effective execution of our customer-centric programs, ultimately driving both customer success and cross-sell opportunities by showcasing the comprehensive value of our Personio platform.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Content Creation & Adaptation: Develop compelling marketing content for Personio’s existing customers, including email copy, landing page content, and presentations in both German and English, tailored for various customer touchpoints.

  • Event Support: Contribute to the planning and ensure the smooth execution of both webinars and occasional on-site events, putting our customers’ experience first.

  • Voyager Community Content Owner: Own and drive Customer Marketing activities on Personio's Voyager Community, fostering engagement and interaction with our customers.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Support cross-functional alignment with Sales, Customer Success, and other Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of shared programs and campaigns.

  • Customer Evidence & Asset Creation: Support the development of compelling customer evidence materials and other high impact marketing assets.

What you need to succeed:

  • You communicate clearly and confidently native-level German and collaborate effectively internally using your business-fluent English.

  • Your strong verbal and interpersonal skills enable effective communication with colleagues, and you're eager to learn and apply marketing communication principles to create clear, concise written content.

  • You're tech-savvy, enjoy digital tools, and quickly adapt to new software and processes, allowing you to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently.

  • You are highly organized, reliable, and consistently take ownership of your responsibilities, ensuring dependable and timely task completion.

  • You have first experience in copy creation and marketing design and/or experience supporting or organizing (online) events.
