This position is office-based (hybrid) in Dublin.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Processing of supplier invoices
Maintenance of master data
Reconciliation of open items and communication with suppliers
Processing of travel and other expenses in compliance with tax regulations
Preparing and processing bank transfers, ensuring that payments are made within terms and resolving any discrepancies
Assisting monthly & annual account reconciliations to the general ledger
Supporting the Month-End close process
Ensuring the quality of accounting and continuous optimization of our Accounts Payable processes
Active participation in various projects, driving process optimization
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
Technical Skills:
You have a degree in business administration (ideally with a focus on accounting) or comparable education
You are a recently qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
You have minimum of one year of relevant professional experience in accounting (experience in scale-up or capital market oriented companies is a plus)
You have knowledge of the accounting regulations (IFRS knowledge is a plus) as well as knowledge of VAT
You have worked already in ERP systems (Workday Financials is a plus)
You use efficiently and professionally Excel / Google Sheets
You are fluent in English. (Business proficiency in Spanish is a plus)
