Associate Regional Marketing Manager (d/f/m) - BeNeLux
Personio's intelligent HR platform helps small and medium-sized organizations unlock the power of people by making complicated, time-consuming tasks simple and efficient. Our team of 1,500 Personios is building user-friendly products that delight our 15,000+ customers and their 1.5 million employees. Ready to make an impact from day one?
This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Amsterdam.
As an Associate Regional Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the execution of the marketing strategy in your region, working in close partnership with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager who sets the strategic direction. You are the person who turns plans into reality, ensuring campaigns launch on time, cross-functional stakeholders stay aligned, and performance is tracked and reported with precision. This role is built for someone who thrives on getting things done, not just planning them.
You'll play a critical role in helping us to:
Create demand and generate interest.
Drive pipeline volume and progression.
Build and grow Personio's presence, brand equity, and impact in the region.
While pipeline is our north-star metric, we also prioritize other leading indicators, including engagement and upper-funnel metrics, to ensure comprehensive growth. Lastly, we highly value authentic marketing, value-added touchpoints and community. These will be some of the key drivers of growth in the region, and you'll help bring them to life on the ground.

Reporting & Performance Tracking: Own consistent, detailed reporting on campaign and channel performance, proactively surfacing progress and insights to sharpen future planning and execution.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with sales and central marketing to execute at speed, managing stakeholders effectively and supporting the Senior Regional Marketing Manager in co-creating sales campaigns.
Market Expertise: Develop strong working knowledge of the Benelux market, audience, and ICP, building deep expertise in owned channels while expanding knowledge across the broader demand-gen funnel.
