This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Munich.
Partner Management at Personio is more than just building out our partner network—it is an integral part of our growth strategy! The Partnerships team develops our partner network across Europe, expanding its reach and depth to generate business for Personio, complement our product offering with partner services, and strengthen our brand through long-term relationships.
As a Partner Program Manager (Support & Operations)(d/f/m), you support the Partnerships team in the day-to-day running of our partner business. You ensure partner requests are handled smoothly, operational processes (including commissions) run reliably, and partner data and reporting are accurate. You work closely with Partner Managers and cross-functional teams (e.g., RevOps/Systems, Sales, Finance) to keep the partner engine organized, scalable, and efficient.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Operational commission process: Collect and validate inputs, track deadlines/statuses, resolve discrepancies with stakeholders, and ensure clean, audit-ready documentation
Salesforce & data quality: Maintain high-quality tracking of partner/account details, contacts, deal associations, notes, and statuses to enable reliable reporting
Partner onboarding & enablement logistics: Run onboarding checklists, access requests, scheduling, and material sharing; keep partner-facing/internal enablement content up to date (FAQs, one-pagers, templates)
Partner operations & process improvement: Document workflows, drive continuous improvement, and support basic automation/standardization; coordinate with RevOps/Systems, Sales, Marketing, and Product to unblock partner topics and keep processes running smoothly
Reporting & analysis: Prepare recurring partner reports and simple dashboards; deliver ad-hoc analyses to support prioritization and leadership updates
Partner communications, initiatives & marketplace operations: Manage the partner inbox and Referral Partner Communication end-to-end (triage, template-based responses, routing, timely follow-up); support delivery of partner initiatives via prioritization/stakeholder coordination/execution tracking; support Partner Managers with admin/coordination; own marketplace listing operations (accuracy, updates with partners, quality standards, templates, review routines)
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
Professional experience: first experience in operations, sales/customer/partner support, program coordination, or a similar role (internships/working student roles count)
Operational mindset: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ownership of recurring processes (e.g., inbox management, commissions, tracking, documentation)
Systems & tools: Comfortable with Salesforce and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and quick to learn new systems
Working style & prioritization: Structured, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
Communication & coordination: Clear, service-oriented communicator; confident working cross-functionally and following through until issues are resolved
Analytical & language skills: Able to maintain dashboards/reports and turn findings into clear next steps; fluent German (written/spoken) and business-level English; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you’ll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
