Personio's intelligent HR platform helps small and medium-sized organizations unlock the power of people by making complicated, time-consuming tasks simple and efficient. Our team of 1,500 Personios is building user-friendly products that delight our 15,000+ customers and their 1.5 million employees. Ready to make an impact from day one?

This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Dublin, Munich, or Berlin.

Personio's commercial motion spans multiple products, audiences and geographies - and is evolving fast. The Senior Enablement Specialist for Commercial Execution owns the design, documentation and continuous improvement of the sales process across the full customer lifecycle, from first XDR touch through to renewal and expansion. This person ensures that every customer-facing role understands what they need to do at each stage, how they work with other roles, and how that is reflected in the systems and tools they use every day.

This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, facilitates alignment across senior stakeholders, and takes pride in making a complex process clear, consistent and executable - and who can drive adoption of new ways of working, not just document them.

What You'll Do

  • Own sales process design and documentation across the full customer lifecycle - defining who does what at each stage, how roles hand off to each other, and how the process needs to be enforced in systems and tools. Keep documentation current as the commercial motion evolves.

  • Drive role and responsibility clarity across GTM functions - facilitating alignment between Sales, AM, XDR, CS and RevOps on handoff points, boundaries and ways of working. This includes contributing to RACI work already under way and picking up where that work continues.

  • Lead the enablement response to significant process and tooling changes, designing the readiness plan, coordinating across teams and ensuring the GTM organisation can execute effectively before changes land. Own the full change arc - from design through to adoption measurement.

  • Build and maintain the frameworks that enable other functions to land smaller process and tooling changes independently, acting as a systems designer and advisor rather than an executor for every update. Other teams should be able to use your frameworks with minimal involvement from you.

  • Measure and improve process adoption, tracking whether new ways of working are taking hold across the GTM organisation and identifying where further intervention is needed. Use data and signals to inform where the next process improvement effort should go.

  • Partner with RevOps as the primary Enablement interface on process clarity, ensuring that process design decisions, system configuration and behavioural standards are aligned and mutually reinforcing. You are Enablement's standing contact for anything that sits at the boundary between process design and systems.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS commercial processes - you know how sales, AM, XDR and CS roles work in practice and can design processes that reflect operational reality rather than theory. Experience working across the full customer lifecycle is important and understanding the fundamentals of common Sales Methodologies is a plus.

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills - you can bring senior, opinionated people to alignment, hold the room with confidence, and navigate competing priorities without losing momentum. You are credible at Director and VP level.

  • Proven change management experience - you know that defining a process is the beginning, not the end. You have experience designing and landing process or behavioural changes in a GTM environment and measuring whether they stuck.

  • Project management discipline - you manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, set clear milestones, and keep stakeholders informed without needing to be chased. You are organised and reliable under pressure.

  • Structured thinking and process rigour - you design for clarity, document with precision, and think about edge cases before they become problems. Your outputs are consistent and scalable.

  • Familiarity with enablement and adult learning principles - you understand how people adopt new behaviours and build that understanding into how you design process rollouts, not just what you document. Experience working in or alongside an enablement function is a plus.

  • Comfort with GTM systems and tools, Salesforce in particular - with enough understanding to connect process decisions to how they need to be configured, and to work credibly with RevOps on system implications.

  • Bring an AI-first mindset to enablement work, using AI tools to scale the build and delivery of enablement content and programmes, while contributing to a broader productivity-focused culture across the GTM organisation.
