Short async surveys you can complete whenever suits you, in a few minutes.
Usability tests
Try new features early and tell us your feedback before we release them.

Your data, handled carefully
We only use your responses to improve Personio and never share them outside the product team without your consent. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, and you can leave the pool at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Who can join?
Any Personio user — independent of your Personio user role or your role in your organisation. Most studies will require insights from specific HR and/or Personio user roles.
What will I be asked to do?
Depending on the study, that might be a short interview, a survey, or trying a new feature and sharing feedback.
Is there compensation?
For some studies, compensation beyond early access to features and a direct channel to the product team is offered. If compensation is offered, you'll be informed with the invite. You may decline compensation if you wish.
Can I leave the pool?
Yes, you can unsubscribe any time.
Do I need to participate in studies?
No you don't. You get invited to studies which fit your profile and you can accept or decline at any point.
How often can I participate?
You get invited to studies if your profile fits it. The maximum participation is about 4 times a year.
