Manage employee research for your account
As the administrator of your Personio account, you can determine whether employees of this account may be invited to participate in Personio research studies.
Why we ask employees to participate in product research
Most of our research is conducted with administrators and specific HR roles — such as recruiters, HR managers, or payroll specialists. However, we occasionally also require direct feedback from the employees who use certain product experiences, in order to make the platform easier to use for employees and for the roles who support them.
Employee research is kept to a minimum, and interviews are kept as brief as possible.
How it works
Sign-up
Employees may sign up through in-product surveys or feedback moments.
Invitations
Product managers and designers invite employees only when their insight is critical and keep interview time to a minimum.
Consent
Employees always decide for themselves whether to take part.
Incentives
A thank-you incentive may be offered, as with other participants, it can be declined or donated.
