The Premium Setup is applicable for qualifying businesses only - and covers implementation of the Basic, Standard or Pro plans for Personio Payroll.

Coverage Includes:

Pre-Implementation (Up to 6 months before implementation start)
  • Pre-Implementation Communication: Stay informed from day one. Receive a series of tailored emails to guide you through preparation before implementation begins, ensuring you are well-prepared and confident to kick off.
  • Blueprinting Workshop: A collaborative session to define your payroll needs and requirements, ensuring a smooth and customized implementation.
Implementation (Up to 2 months)
  • Dedicated Payroll Specialist Intro: A dedicated Payroll Specialist will support your team throughout the implementation process, offering advice and ensuring your payroll setup is smooth and on track.
  • Self-Guided Onboarding: Our in-platform onboarding walks you through each step of the setup process, with automated prompts and structured checklists with built-in guidance through every step.
  • Guided Implementation: Regular check-ins for a confident rollout. Your Payroll Specialist will hold regular check-ins to walk through key topics, answer questions &  ensure critical setup steps are done right.
  • Accounting Report Setup: Get expert assistance configuring your accounting report. Your Payroll Specialist will explain the logic, walk through the setup, and help resolve any questions.
Parallel Phase (Up to 2 months)
  • Payslip Comparison: Your Payroll Specialist will take ownership of the payslip comparison process, document all findings, and work with you to address discrepancies—so you can focus on other critical tasks.
  • Payroll in a Day: Deep-dive training in one focused session. An optional multi-hour interactive session designed to empower you & your team with essential payroll knowledge, tools, and confidence.
  • 'Daily Business' Webinar: Deep-dive training in one focused session. Final walkthrough to ensure a smooth first run. This optional expert-led webinar guides you through the final steps of payroll approval, ensuring you’re fully prepared for your first go-live with zero surprises.
  • Office Hours: 1:1 Office Hours - 1 hour per parallel month - helps resolve functional queries, explore best practices, and fine-tune your workflows. Sessions are customized to your needs, with predefined topics to ensure relevance, efficiency and maximum value.
After Go-Live
  • First Approval Support: One-on-one expert support for your first payroll run. Your Payroll Specialist will be by your side (via video call) to walk through your first payroll approval, ensuring it’s processed correctly.
  • Hypercare: Continued support after go-live for peace of mind. Your Payroll Specialist remains available for an additional two months post–go-live, supporting with after-payroll tasks and helping resolve any queries.
  • Payroll Usage Review: A comprehensive checklist based review to confirm your payroll setup is complete and ready – for a smooth handover to our support team ensuring long-term success.
