How can I reach the Personio customer support?
Our customer support will be happy to assist you (Monday to Friday 9am-6pm) via phone or email depending on your chosen subscription. A lot of questions you might have are already answered in our Helpcenter.
How quickly will I receive an answer to my customer support questions?
In most cases you will receive a reply within four hours after sending your email request, but no later than the next business day.
Are there any additional costs for customer support?
No, every Personio subscription type includes unlimited customer support via e-mail and/or telephone.
