Munich, 13 April 2021 – Today, Personio, the all-in-one HR platform for small- and medium-sized companies, has launched Personio Marketplace, a new suite of software integrations designed to make HR processes more efficient and automated. With Personio Marketplace, the company is now able to offer its more than 3,500 customers the opportunity to connect over 40 tools – for collaboration, recruiting, travel, time tracking and more – easily and quickly with the Personio software. Integrations currently offered include collaboration tool Slack, recruitment software Greenhouse, company culture platform Culture Amp and employee engagement platform Peakon, among others.
While some plug-and-play software integrations are already available through partner platforms, the new marketplace brings together these existing integrations with new ones developed by Personio, which can be activated within Personio’s platform in just a few clicks. This therefore allows Personio customers to link and complement the HR platform with other tools and processes. By integrating and automatically transferring data between the tools, businesses can ensure their HR processes are more efficient while preventing errors that can happen during a manual data transfer.
Examples of existing processes that can be automated with Personio’s suite of software integrations include:
- Creating new profiles on partner platforms: As soon as a new personnel file is created in Personio, a new profile can be automatically created for that user within a partner tool.
- Status updates: Slack can automatically let teams know when it’s someone’s birthday, anniversary, or they’re off sick when it’s logged in Personio.
- Creating new employee profiles: If a candidate is hired through a partner’s recruiting tool, an employee account can be automatically created in Personio.
