Sales Development
Sales Development Representatives are responsible to create a pipeline of valuable leads through diverse outbound activities. As a partner for our potential customers we are the one who create awareness of problems within the HR department and provide support through the phase of solution consideration.
Inbound Sales
The Inbound Sales team takes care of all inbound requests from potential customers received via phone or email and makes sure they have the best first impression of Personio. Furthermore Account Executives take care of the “smaller” leads (companies <150 employees) until they signed the contract.
Account Executives
As Account Executive our main goal is to convert the leads coming from either the Sales Development or Inbound Sales team into customers. No matter if it’s a contract or product topic, implementation info or data security news, the AE’s are a real partners to their leads in the sales process.
Partnerships
We shape and build a diverse ecosystem of partners who benefit from the collaboration with Personio. Be it a bank securing future-safe processes for their clients, HR networks securing member-only advantages or tax consultancies who benefit from a central data hub for payroll processes.
