Do
At Personio, Customer Success is an essential part of our company culture, according to which all customer-facing teams work. The Customer Success teams enable our customers to understand the product, give feedback, grow, and ultimately unlock the full potential of HR teams.

With over 70 colleagues we are one of the largest teams at Personio and have a wide range of responsibilities. You won’t find an anonymous call center at Personio. We work customer-oriented, entrepreneurial, agile, proactive, data-driven, set on modern tools and constantly improve our processes.

About
us
Educational Content
As Educational Content Managers our main focus is to create and maintain informative, high quality content on various channels, such as the Personio Help Center. Through our content offers we are teaching our customers how to use Personio to its best and at the same time we support internal processes within the Customer Success Teams.
Growth
Growth Managers are responsible to focus on customer expansion. With the help of product demos we demonstrate our customers the variety and the added value of the different Personio products. Another important area of responsibility is to maximize customer lifetime. We ensure continuous cooperation through contract management.
Implementation
As the first contact in Customer Success, the Implementation Team assists our new customers with the optimal account setup and provides them with the needed know-how to use Personio successfully in their daily business. This is how we lay the groundwork for a long-term relationship.
Key Account Management
As Key Account Manager you are the main contact person for your customers and responsible for all their concerns. For us, the personal relationship with our customers as well as their success in the daily work with Personio but also as HR organization are central.
Payroll Operations
We qualify leads that are interested in our payroll solution and support them during the implementation. We take care of our test customers in their parallel month of payroll and finally close the deal. For existing customers we ensure a correct and in-time payroll as well as help them to improve their processes with our digital solution.
Service
In Customer Service, we ensure that our customers receive the exceptional service they deserve. We are at the forefront when customers have questions, problems or other challenges to deal with. Our aim is to continuously improve our customers’ HR processes.
Systems Integration
We are part of the CS Enablement team which is embedded in the business area of Customer Success. Our mission is to enable other teams inside Customer Success to accelerate their processes. We focus on providing accurate data and give it a business meaning, set and connect modern third-party tools, and use code to automate our processes.
CS Mission
The overall mission of the Customer Success team is to Maximize Customer Value.
What we stand for
We see ourselves as our customer’s advocates. We help them to understand the product, give feedback, grow, and eventually make their people processes more successful.
